The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Perry Heights rose by $4,650 while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,900 - a 3.6% increase over the $130,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Perry Heights in the second half of 2020.
