Rising home prices in Minerva in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Minerva rose by $16,900 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,400 - a 14.1% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Minerva in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Minerva for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,286, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
