The second half of 2021: Amherst Heights experienced a 10.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Amherst Heights fell by $15,900 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,600 - a 10.2% decrease over the $156,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Amherst Heights in the second half of 2020.
