Rising home prices in Fulton Heights in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Fulton Heights rose by $18,600 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $126,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Fulton Heights in the second half of 2020, as well.
