The second half of 2021: Grove Mill experienced a 3.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Grove Mill rose by $5,800 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,500 - a 3.9% increase over the $148,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Grove Mill in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Grove Mill for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,758, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
