Home prices decreased in Oval City during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Oval City fell by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 17.1% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Oval City in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oval City for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,511, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
