The second half of 2021: Harveysburg experienced a 6.7% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Harveysburg fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Harveysburg in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Harveysburg for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,134, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
