What happened to the median home price in Lemon Township during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lemon Township rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,000 - a 52% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lemon Township in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lemon Township for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,156, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
