New Miami median home prices rose by 9.4% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in New Miami rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $96,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Miami in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Miami for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $895, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
