How did home prices perform in South Lebanon during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $14,550 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 8.5% increase over the $170,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in South Lebanon in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
