The second half of 2021: Lake Slagle experienced a 6.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lake Slagle fell by $16,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lake Slagle in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lake Slagle for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,360, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
