How did home prices perform in Mount Pleasant during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mount Pleasant rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $192,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,637, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
