Pricing for the median home in Magnolia increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Magnolia rose by $89,450 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,450 - a 64.8% increase over the $138,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Magnolia in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,307, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
