What happened to the median home price in Corwin during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Corwin rose by $20,100 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $229,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Corwin in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Corwin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,980, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
