Trenton median home prices rose by 12% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Trenton rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 52.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 134 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 12% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Trenton in the second half of 2020.
