The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Hanover Township fell by $10,750 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,500 - a 4.9% decrease over the $219,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Hanover Township in the second half of 2020.
