Home prices decreased in Waynesville during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Waynesville fell by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,000 - a 4.5% decrease over the $299,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Waynesville in the second half of 2020.
