Home prices decreased in Milford during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Milford fell by $64,000 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 22.3% decrease over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Milford in the second half of 2020.
