Median home prices in Springboro rose to $329,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Springboro rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 295 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 244 homes sold in Springboro in the second half of 2020.
