2021: North Industry experienced a 24.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in North Industry fell by $37,750 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 24.4% decrease over the $154,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Industry in 2020.
