Home prices increased in Paris during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Paris rose by $42,600 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 29.9% increase over the $142,400 median sale price for the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Paris in 2020.

The median sales tax in Paris for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,975, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for 2021.
