2021: Middlebranch experienced a 16.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Middlebranch rose by $30,550 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 16.3% increase over the $186,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Middlebranch in 2020.

The median sales tax in Middlebranch for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,816, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for 2021.
