Corwin home prices rose in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Corwin rose by $102,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 71.9% increase over the $142,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Corwin in 2020.
