Pricing for the median home in Monroe increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Monroe rose by $41,400 while total sales increased by 29.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 187 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 20.3% increase over the $203,600 median sale price for the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Monroe in 2020.

The median sales tax in Monroe for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,745, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
