Urban Plunge Properties LLC acquires 6526 Catalpa Ave., N. College Hill

On Dec. 27, Stacey L Banks purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6526 Catalpa Ave., N. College Hill from Urban Plunge Properties LLC for $180,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 2, 2013. It last sold for $65,000.

This property is one of 26 sales so far in North College Hill in December 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Taylor Michaela Alexis Jeffery, 24, was the only registered voter residing at 6526 Catalpa Ave., N. College Hill as of Oct. 10, 2020.
