On Dec. 27, Gregory F. and Monica J Ahrens purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 7300 Thomas Drive, Madeira from Eric P. and Adele M. Snyder for $495,000.

This home last sold for $176,500 on Dec. 27, 2004.

So far in December 2021, 20 properties sold in Madeira.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Eric P Snyder has been registered to vote since 2016. Adele Moore Snyder has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
