On Jan. 3, Aaron M. and Kristina M Yauch Mucha purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1613 E. Crescentville Road, Sharonville from Robert R. Schutte (trustee) and M. Dianna (trustee) for $143,000.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Sharonville as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Aaron M Mucha has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1613 E. Crescentville Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aaron M Mucha, 38, Nicholas Anthony Nicodemus, 37, and Kimberly Anne Nicodemus, 38.
