Joel Vancleave acquires 1897 Montrose St., Cincinnati

On Jan. 5, Thomas and Sharlene Hardy sold their six bedroom, three bathroom home at 1897 Montrose St., Cincinnati to Joel Vancleave for $60,000.

The last time this home sold was April 12, 2016. It last sold for $19,600.

So far in January 2022, nine properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Thomas W Hardy (47) has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
