How did home prices perform in Elmwood Place during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Elmwood Place rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $41,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Elmwood Place in the second half of 2020.
