Lincoln Heights home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lincoln Heights rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 38.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,500 - a 45% increase over the $50,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the second half of 2020.
