Median home prices in Northbrook rose to $130,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Northbrook rose by $26,746 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 25.9% increase over the $103,255 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Northbrook in the second half of 2020.
