Pricing for the median home in Finneytown increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Finneytown rose by $18,750 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,750 - a 13.5% increase over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Finneytown in the second half of 2020.
