The second half of 2021: Bridgetown experienced a 11.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bridgetown rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 11.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 147 homes sold in Bridgetown in the second half of 2020.
