Pleasant Run home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Pleasant Run rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the second half of 2020.
