Home prices increased in Harrison during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Harrison rose by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,500 - a 11.6% increase over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in Harrison in the second half of 2020.
