What happened to the median home price in Glendale during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Glendale fell by $44,000 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,000 - a 16% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Glendale in the second half of 2020.
