Home prices unchanged in Anderson Township during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Anderson Township was unchanged while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 349 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000. There were 337 homes sold in Anderson Township in the second half of 2020, and the median sales price for the period was also $265,000.
