The second half of 2021: Home prices in Mack South increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mack South rose by $52,125 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $278,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $225,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Mack South in the second half of 2020.
