What happened to the median home price in Wyoming during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Wyoming fell by $55,000 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 15.1% decrease over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Wyoming in the second half of 2020.
