Rising home prices in Madeira in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Madeira rose by $32,000 while total sales decreased by 6.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $372,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Madeira in the second half of 2020.
