How did home prices perform in Kenwood during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Kenwood rose by $32,253 while total sales decreased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $352,748 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Kenwood in the second half of 2020.
