The second half of 2021: Home prices in Evendale increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Evendale rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Evendale in the second half of 2020.
