What happened to the median home price in Symmes Township during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Symmes Township rose by $19,750 while total sales decreased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 78 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,750 - a 5.2% increase over the $378,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Symmes Township in the second half of 2020.
