2021: Home prices in Finneytown increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Finneytown rose by $21,250 while total sales increased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,750 - a 15.6% increase over the $136,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Finneytown in 2020.
