What happened to the median home price in Bridgetown during 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Bridgetown rose by $19,950 while total sales decreased by 1.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 248 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,950 - a 14.3% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 251 homes sold in Bridgetown in 2020.
