Rising home prices in Covedale in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Covedale rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 13.4% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Covedale in 2020.
