Pricing for the median home in Norwood increased during 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Norwood rose by $11,250 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 412 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,250 - a 6.4% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 395 homes sold in Norwood in 2020.
