2021: Harrison experienced a 8.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Harrison rose by $15,100 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $174,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 207 homes sold in Harrison in 2020.
