The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Sharonville rose by $30,300 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 154 homes sold, with a median sale price of $206,550 - a 17.2% increase over the $176,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in Sharonville in 2020.
