What happened to the median home price in Glendale during 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Glendale fell by $52,500 while total sales increased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,500 - a 19.2% decrease over the $273,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Glendale in 2020.
